Simply submit your replacement request and pay the applicable processing fee to claim your new pair (max 2 replacements per item purchased within the first 24 months of purchase).

"I love the glasses. The quick change lenses are great. The only problem I have with them is that the ear pieces that attach to the frames always break. I think I am on my fifth pair of frames in all the years that I have had these glasses. Is there a way to have a spring added to the earpieces so they can flex more?"
