Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund - and, we will pay shipping to return all products that are returned or exchanged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, e-mail your name, order number, and items to be returned to email@example.com. We will provide you with an address to ship product back to and pre-paid shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your entire payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We understand that you might want to swap out new shades for another style/color. No worries - we will pay for all shipping back and forth to make sure that you get the perfect pair. Just reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it easy to exchange any pair. The only rule is that it has to be done within the first 30 days of receiving your shades as mentioned above.
