US Returns: The policy below applies to all products except for prescription for US orders:
Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund - and, we will pay shipping to return all products that are returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, visit https://returns.shadyrays.com/ and enter the email you used to purchase. We will provide you with an address to ship product back to and a pre-paid shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your entire payment provided that it is in the same condition that you received it.
Note: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We understand that you might want to swap out new shades for another style/color. No worries - we will pay for all shipping back and forth to make sure that you get the perfect pair. Reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it easy to exchange any pair at equal value. Alternatively, you can quickly receive store credit towards purchasing the pair you need by visiting https://returns.shadyrays.com/. The only rule is that it has to be done within the first 30 days of receiving your shades as mentioned above. There are no stated limits to how many pairs you can try per order and our goal is to provide you with the best pair possible, however we do reserve the right at any time during the exchange process to cancel the order for any reason. If that is done, you will receive a full refund and will be required to return (at our cost) any pair in your possession.
International Returns and Exchanges:
The process above applies to all International orders, however we do charge a $9 return/exchange fee for International orders. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label when applicable to return your shades and once we receive it we will provide a full refund less the cost of the return/exchange fee.
