"The goggles and accessories arrived in good condition and looks great. Only 4 stars because shipping was very slow. When inquired through email, service was responsive but not helpful. Said that shipping shows 6-11 days. Ordered on 12/2, original delivery showed 12/11. Did not show that day and was updated to 12/15 and it did arrive that day. Service kept saying that it was scheduled that day originally but it was not. They basically said sorry, but too bad."
