Maddie & Tae
Maddie & Tae are an American country music duo composed of Maddie Font and Tae Kerr, both of whom are singers, songwriters and guitarists. Maddie and Tae met in 2010 at a showcase in Dallas, and quickly became friends, traveling to and from Nashville while still going to school. In June 2014 Maddie & Tae were confirmed as the first signees of the newly revived Dot Records, with their debut single “Girl in a Country Song” reaching #1 on the Country Airplay charts in December of the same year. Since then, Maddie & Tae have won multiple accolades including CMA 2015 Music Video of the Year for “Girl in a Country Song” and CMT 2022 Duo/Group Video of the Year for “Woman You Got.”
Maddie & Tae partnered with Shady Rays in 2024, collaborating on a line of Country Chic sunglasses that quickly sold out. Watch this space for exciting future collaborations!
