This includes all information, such as the end date, exam date, and/or doctor's signature (when applicable.) Any orders with an expired prescription or are not fully visible will be cancelled within seven days without a new prescription.

- Prescription Eyewear Replacement Program: Prescription orders are eligible for (1) broken replacement within a year of date purchased. Just pay a processing fee of $49.89 for VIP members or $54.89 for non-VIP. Valid prescription required. See full policy below for new and previous prescription orders.
- Returns & Exchanges: Prescription orders may be returned by contacting the optical team within 30 days of purchase for a refund or (1) remake if unsatisfied. You may email our team using the form here.
- Personal Care: A Shady Rays optical team member personally reviews every order to ensure that it will be made perfect for you. If anything needs addressing, we will reach out to you directly. We cannot fill any orders with an expired prescription so please make sure to check the expiration date before uploading your photo.

If you break your Shady Rays Prescription Eyewear within two years of purchase, we will send you a brand new pair – no matter what happened. Simply submit your replacement request and pay the applicable processing fee to claim your new pair (max 1 lens replacement and 2 frame replacements per item purchased within the first 24 months of purchase).
Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
Your prescription frame (lenses excluded) is covered under our Limited Craftsmanship Warranty within two years from purchase. If you experience an issue with manufacturing or craftsmanship, we will provide you with a new frame at no cost to you.
One-Year Scratch Protection
Shady Rays will provide one replacement for scratched lenses on certain prescription eyewear purchased from ShadyRays.com, without charge, within one-year after purchase.

"I have owned Ray Band Rx sunglasses for over 10 years, loved them, hated the price. I lose glasses all of the time. I lost my last pair of Ray bands for sure! I bought several Shady Rays as gifts this past year, It was time I got myself a pair. I love them and even with a Rx lenses they were less the half the price of RB's and in my option, better quality. The Rx leave me seeing better than my regular glasses! I love them, did I mention that? I will be getting more Shady Ray's in the near future! Don't waste your money on another brand. Shady Rays all the way!"

"This pair of sunglasses replaced a pair of Oakley Holbrooks that I lost and did not want to fork over $400+ to replace. The Cypress frames look good and are well-made. I got the amber polarized lenses in these and they are comparable with the Oakley Prizm lenses. They keep the glare down but the colors are vibrant and pleasant."
