Job Summary

Shady Rays has an exciting marketing opportunity for a Paid Media Marketing Manager with strong Meta & TikTok platform skills. This individual will be responsible for helping to drive ad performance by executing and managing campaigns through various paid media channels under the direction of the Paid Media Director. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands every step in the marketing funnel. They will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role.

Role and Responsibilities

· Concept, build, and execute a wide range of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels

· Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests

· Develop marketing strategies and plans for new products and customer segments

· Leveraging our real-time data dashboards, analyze and communicate recommended adjustments to campaigns daily.

· Leverage third party platforms (Shopify, GA, etc) to analyze, communicate and recommend adjustments to media performance

· Create and provide direction to marketing and graphic design team for conversion focused creative development

· Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions

· Additional team support as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field

· 1-3 years of digital marketing experience

· Technologically adept

· Strong excel skills

· Strong data analysis skills. Ability to aggregate & analyze data to drive data driven decision making.

· In depth knowledge of the Meta & TikTok platforms

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Occasional travel

Preferred Skills

· Specific sunglass industry experience
