Regarding our warranties, we cover broken prescription frames if they suffer any damage through accident or craftsmanship. Broken prescription frames can be replaced up to one year from purchase for $11.89 for VIP and $16.89 for non-VIP. For all other prescription eyewear replacements can be submitted up to one year from purchase for a processing fee of $49.89 for VIP and $54.89 for non-VIP. We also offer returns and exchanges on our prescription items up to 30 days after purchase as well.
