Shady Rays Prescription Eyewear purchased on or after 9/15/2021 are covered against loss of or damage to your prescription sunglasses or eyeglasses, for one year after purchase. Simply submit your replacement request and pay the applicable processing fee to claim your new pair.
Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship WarrantyYour prescription frame (lenses excluded) is covered under our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. If you experience an issue with manufacturing or craftsmanship, we will provide you with a new frame at no cost to you.
One-Year Scratch ProtectionShady Rays will provide one replacement for scratched lenses on certain prescription eyewear purchased from ShadyRays.com, without charge, within one-year after purchase.
